Something has changed, or you know something needs to.
You've thought about it, talked about it, turned it over a hundred times, and you're still not sure what comes next.
"What am I missing?"
Sometimes it helps to have another person in the room.
I help people sift through what's happening, see what they may not be seeing, and figure out what to do with it.
Sometimes people come to me because something big has happened. Sometimes nothing dramatic has happened at all, they just know they’ve reached the point where thinking about it by themselves isn’t getting them anywhere new.
My spouse says something has to change, and I know they’re right. I just don’t know what to change.
I thought I needed to become more productive at work. I’m starting to wonder if the real problem is that I hate my job.
I know I want a different career. The problem is, I have no idea what I want.
I had a psychedelic experience that brought up a lot. Some of it was incredible, some of it really difficult. Now I’m trying to make sense of what happened and figure out what to do with all of it.
From the outside, my life is fine. But lately I keep wondering: What am I actually doing with myself? What matters to me? What is any of this for?
Sometimes the work starts with figuring out what the problem actually is.
Integration is usually talked about in connection with psychedelics. And yes, that’s part of my work.
But I think about integration much more broadly.
When we’re healing, changing, or growing, we’re always working toward a new sense of wholeness.
Sometimes something happens that changes us. Sometimes we realize the way we’ve been living doesn’t quite fit anymore.
A relationship changes. A career stops making sense. You lose someone. You learn something about yourself you can’t unlearn. You have an experience that rearranges the way you understand yourself or the world.
Then comes the part where you have to figure out what to do with what you know now.
That’s integration.
It’s taking what’s happened, what you’re learning, what you want, who you’re becoming, and figuring out how it all belongs together.
We’re not just integrating psychedelic experiences. We’re integrating our lives.
I don’t have a formula for the right career, the right relationship, or what your psychedelic experience was trying to tell you.
What I do have is a lot of curiosity, a good ear for what isn’t being said, and a knack for asking questions that get underneath the answer you’ve already given yourself.
We might slow something down and look at it from a different angle. We might notice a pattern you hadn’t seen before. I might reflect something back to you and ask if I’m getting it right.
Sometimes we’ll spend time with what you’re feeling. Sometimes we’ll get very practical about what you’re going to do next. Usually, there’s room for both.
You don’t have to make your experience sound reasonable, spiritual, positive, or profound. You can bring the parts that don’t make sense yet.
My job isn’t to hand you the answer. It’s to help you hear yourself more clearly and decide what you want to do from there.
"Tiffany has a gift for asking the kind of thoughtful, intuitive questions that gently push you past surface-level thinking. Just when I thought I had fully unpacked an issue, she helped me see new layers I hadn't considered. Her coaching led me to meaningful insights I wouldn't have reached on my own, and I'm grateful for the clarity and depth I gained through our work together."

"Tiffany is a kind, compassionate, and wise coach. The way that she reflected my situation back to me was so validating. It was clear that her questions came from a place of genuine curiosity and support. Her demeanor was so calm and gentle, that I felt held, seen, and heard throughout the entire session. I'd definitely come to her for guidance again in the future!"

I work one-on-one with people who want some help making sense of what’s happening and figuring out what comes next.
Sometimes that means one long conversation about something specific. Sometimes it means working together over a period of time while you move through a bigger change.
You don’t have to know which one you need before you reach out.
When going through a major time of transition in my life, Tiffany helped me sift through my experiences, concerns, and obstacles. With her guidance and tools, we came up with a plan to keep me focused on where I wanted to end up. I am grateful for her insight, kindness and discretion. Her help has meant so much for my growth.

My experience with Tiffany has been nothing short of transformative. She embodies warmth and love, guiding me with gentle wisdom and nurturing presence, her spirit and energy is a cross between a medicine woman and a loving grandmother. Her support throughout my journey and integration has been invaluable, making me feel safe, understood, and deeply cared for.

I get it. Choosing a coach is personal, and sometimes you want to get a feel for someone before you decide whether you want to sit down and tell them the complicated stuff.
I host a couple of community gatherings in Salt Lake City where you can do exactly that.
Come talk about psychedelics, life, strange ideas, big questions, or the stuff you don’t normally get to talk about. There’s no expectation that you’ll ever become a coaching client.
SLC Psychedelic Integration
My psychedelic-friendly integration circle for real conversations about psychedelics, life, and everything in between.
The Rabbit Hole Society
Curious people, interesting ideas, and conversations about the stuff we don't normally get to talk about.
